Bottle Hill Day is back! We are inviting you to join us for Bottle Hill Day 2021 on Saturday, October 2. Vendor Applications and Sponsorship Information are available here: https://www.rosenet.org/1005/Bottle-Hill-Day
This year will mark the 46th Anniversary of this signature Madison, NJ event. This event has continued to grow every year since it was first established in 1974 by Mayor Elizabeth Baumgartner. Your participation is key to the continued success of this event. In addition, as in years past, the Madison Chamber of Commerce and Madison P.B.A. #92 will be hosting their popular annual Madison Car Show in conjunction with Bottle Hill Day.
The DDC’s objective is to promote economic growth and business development so that Madison’s beautiful downtown continues to thrive. Bottle Hill Day was created in 1974 to promote the business district. The name originated from Madison’s original establishment in 1715 of the village called “Bottle Hill.” Over the years, it has grown, evolving into a family, entertainment, and community celebration, which draws between 10,000 and 20,000 people to the heart of Madison every fall. This event is free and open to the public. For more information, email: ddc@rosenet.org.
With the expansion a few years ago onto Kings Road, this rain or shine street festival now spans over six blocks. It includes sidewalk sales, three stages with live music, the DDC Beer Garden, multiple separate Amusement Areas, food, and 225+ vendors, including non-profits, crafters, retail businesses, etc.
The event runs from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, but the DDC Beer Garden will remain open until 6:00 pm. There will be great food options, including the Food Court on Cook Avenue, other food vendors throughout the festival, local restaurants, and a Food Truck Court on Kings Road.

The Chamber of Commerce Car Show runs concurrently in the Ambulance Corps Lot on Kings Road.
Park & Ride Shuttle to the event. Just park your car in the parking lot at the Madison Community Pool and ride downtown, where the shuttle will drop you off right in the center of town. The shuttle will run from 9:15 am until 5:00 pm in a continuous loop between the parking lot and the town center.

The DDC Beer Garden (12:00 – 6:00 pm): Located on Kings Road between Maple Avenue and Prospect Street.
Family Activities & Rides: Provided by Seashore Amusements at Central Avenue School and Kings Road.
Street Closures and Parking: Waverly, Central Avenue (Main Street to Brittin Street), Kings Road (Prospect to Green Avenue), and Prospect Street (Kings Road to Keep Street) will be closed, but the municipal lots (Waverly Green, Cook Avenue, and Elmer Street) will be open for parking.
